Greene County Health moves to Linton Shopping Center

Greene County Health, Inc. (GCH) has officially moved to its new location in the Linton Shopping Center.

This location provides GCH more visibility within the community at a convenient location. 

“We are so pleased to be able to call this location home, and provide care to our patients in a beautiful office with all new equipment and amenities,” CEO, Corianne Vanderkolk statet.

 

GCH received grant funding from the Smithville Foundation in fall 2018 to purchase all new medical equipment for the new location.

An Open House will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 22. An official ribbon cutting is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m.. U.S. Congressman Larry Bucshon will be present at the ribbon cutting, along with Representative Bruce Borders, and representatives from both U.S. Senator Todd Young and U.S. Senator Mike Braun offices. Local politicians and commissioners are expected to be in attendance, as well as representatives from various health insurance companies and a patient navigator.

GCH accepts private health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and offers a sliding fee scale to those who qualify. GCH welcomes anyone who has questions regarding their insurance to attend the open house and speak with the patient navigator or health insurance representatives.

Vanderkolk invites everyone to come to the open house to see the new location stating, “We would love for the whole community to come out and celebrate with us, regardless of if they are a patient or not. Please come see what we have to offer as we celebrate this milestone, not only for GCH, but for the health of the community.”
