Dr. Bucshon Announces Eighth District Recipients of USDA Rural Development Grants

(Washington, D.C.) –
Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (IN-08) announced grants for multiple towns across three counties in the Eighth Congressional District awarded by the United States Department of Agriculture for water and waste development projects directed at communities in rural America.

“I am pleased to see the United States Department of Agriculture make these important investments in our communities. Too many of America’s rural towns and counties have outdated, and sometimes even unsafe, drinking and wastewater infrastructure. The success of these Hoosier communities is dependent upon updated and properly maintained water infrastructure. These grants directed at water and waste disposal projects will ensure Hoosiers have access to clean and dependable water sources for decades to come.”
