Pelosi’s Partisan Wish List Has No Chance of Becoming Law

(Washington, D.C.) – Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (IN-08) released the following statement after voting against the $3 trillion coronavirus relief bill (H.R. 6800), a partisan wish list put forth by Speaker Pelosi that has no chance of becoming law:

“In midst of a pandemic, Speaker Pelosi has decided to push the American people aside and put her agenda first. This $3 trillion coronavirus bill is not focused on coming together to get through this health care crisis, but rather, it is a platform for the far left to increase the size and scope of the federal government. This bill has no chance of becoming law, yet Speaker Pelosi continues to move it forward instead of working on impactful legislation that puts the American people first.”
