TERRE HAUTE – Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (R-Ind.) issued the following statement regarding the passing of Terre Haute Detective Greg Ferency: 

“Yesterday, the Terre Haute Police Department lost a valued member of their team while serving in the line of duty. I send my deepest condolences to the entire Terre Haute Police Department, as well as Detective Ferency’s family, friends, and loved ones. A dedicated leader, Detective Ferency’s 30-year legacy has left a lasting mark on West Central Indiana. His service and sacrifice to the people of Terre Haute will not be forgotten. May God watch over him and his family,” said Rep. Bucshon.
