WASHINGTON – Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. (R-IN-08) announced that he will Chair the Healthy Future Task Force Subcommittee on Doctor/Patient relationships. This Subcommittee will examine policy impacting doctor/patient relationships to craft a patient-focused agenda for the future by building off Republican successes. “Giving patients and their doctors the freedom to make their own health care decisions as opposed to Washington bureaucrats has been a top priority since I came to Congress. I am proud to chair the Healthy Future Task Force Subcommittee on Doctor/Patient relationships to ensure that America’s health care gets back to being patient focused. I look forward to working with my Republican colleagues on future legislation that prioritizes patients in Indiana and across the country,” said Rep. Bucshon.
