Congressman Bucshon to Hold Service Academy Day with Senators Young and Braun

FORT BRANCH – Congressman Larry Bucshon (R-Ind.) will be hosting Service Academy Day with Senators Todd Young and Mike Braun for students interested in learning more about admission to one of the five Military Service Academies. The program will take place on August 21 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CT.

 

Representatives from the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Coast Guard Academy, and the United States Merchant Marine Academy have been invited to answer questions about these prestigious institutions.

 

“Serving in the Naval Reserves, I know firsthand the honor and responsibility of serving our country,” said Rep. Bucshon. “Nominating students from Indiana’s 8th District is one of my greatest privileges in Congress, and I look forward to speaking with future leaders who are interested in attending one of these prestigious Academies.”
