Congressman Larry Bucshon Announces 2012 Congressional Art Competition Winner

(Evansville, IN) – Congressman Larry Bucshon (IN-08) released the following comment announcing Mollie Joice, a senior from Lincoln High School in Vincennes, IN, as the winner of the 2012 Congressional Art Competition in Indiana’s 8th Congressional District.  Her artwork is titled, “Coming Home From the War.”

Congressman Bucshon (IN-08) states:

            “I am proud to announce Mollie Joice as this year’s winner of the Congressional Art Competition.  I look forward to meeting Mollie and her family in Washington, D.C. as they travel to see her artwork hanging in the U.S. Capitol building complex.  I would like to thank all participants this year for their dedication to the arts and I encourage more high school students to participate next year.”
