2019 Student Leadership Summit
Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. is hosting his forth Student Leadership Summit for high school students in Indiana's 8th Congressional District
Wednesday, October 9th at Vincennes University's Green Activities Center.
The summit is a unique opportunity for student leaders to hear a wide range of presentations from individuals and groups who have one-of-a-kind stories to share about how they have achieved success.
Students will also have the opportunity to build leadership skills through interactive activities lead by the University of Evansville's Leadership Academy.

Time: 9:00am to 2:00pm ET
Registration beings at 9:00am ET and the program begins at 9:30am ET.
Speakers include:
Lonnie Bedwell: Blind Adventure Athlete, Acclaimed Motivational Speaker, Award-Winning Author, Military Veteran
Jeff Hauser: Retired Brigadier General, Director of Terre Haute Regional Airport, Former Assistant Adjutant General - Air, Indiana National Guard
University of Evansville Leadership Academy: Interactive team-building activities
There will also be a chance to heard from a panel of currently enrolled college students.
Lunch will be provided to all attendees and free parking is available for cars and buses, please see map below.
Registration is free and not limited. Schools may nominate any number of students from grades 9 through 12.
Registration deadline is Monday, October 7th.
