Congressman Larry Bucshon (IN-08) applauds the bipartisan repeal of the 1099 provision from the job-destroying healthcare law:

            “Today, I am encouraged that the Senate has repealed the 1099 tax reporting provision from the Affordable Care Act.  This provision was a jobs destroyer and one of many examples of the onerous regulations that ObamaCare places on small businesses and families across our country.

            We continue to work to repeal ObamaCare in its entirety and the repeal of the 1099 provision is a good, bipartisan acknowledgment that ObamaCare is not the correct way to address the issues with our nation’s healthcare system.”
