Rep. Larry Bucshon (R-IN) toured the CountryMark Oil Refinery in Mount Vernon on Monday to view a completed renovation project.
The facility is Posey County's second largest employer.
It recently completed $80 million in upgrades.
The investment replaces aging equipment which will reduce air emissions and produce higher quality, more energy-efficient fuels.
