Rep. Larry Bucshon (R-IN) toured the CountryMark Oil Refinery in Mount Vernon on Monday to view a completed renovation project.
The facility is Posey County's second largest employer.
It recently completed $80 million in upgrades.
The investment replaces aging equipment which will reduce air emissions and produce higher quality, more energy-efficient fuels.

On Thursday, President Trump signed into law an important measure to protect Hoosier coal jobs, which was passed out of Congress earlier this month. The resolution, H.J. Res. 38, nullifies a rule submitted by the Department of Interior, known as the Stream Protection Rule.
