According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report released this morning, the U.S. unemployment rate slightly decreased to 7.5% from 7.6% while the economy added 165,000 jobs.  Real unemployment, a measure that includes discouraged workers and those employed part-time who would rather work full-time increased to 13.9%.
